Nessa swam to the surface as fast as she could muttering and complaining all the while. It was fantastic. They wanted to go see mermaids, well, they saw them. And apparantley they didn't like the girls too much. She wondered what would have happened if the guys had shown up. Her heart stopped when she heard the splash of some one diving in echo around her.
She quickly got rid of her bubble around her head knowing it would bring more attention to her already ridiculous looking self. Carefuly she swam away from where she knew the splash was but stopped hearing another one in the direction she was going. So, she went strait up. She was relieved to feel the sun on her face when she broke through the surface and was happy to have real air enter her lungs. She looked at the shore- Draco and Aiden were the only ones there. And it looked like Aiden was having a hard time convcing Draco that the other guys would find the girls if they didn't come back. And that was why the two of them were there, just incase they did come back without the guys finding them.
Nessa went to swim a little ways away from where the two were but felt her leg being tugged on. She looked down and sighed. She went under and glared at Liam who was looking at her as if he had a bunch of questions to ask her. She shook her head her black hair flying around her head as she made the "zipped lips" gesture and went back up. But he followed her up.
"Where are they?" He asked her. Nessa looked back at him, but turned back ignoring him. "Nessa, where are they?" She turned around completely frustraited.
"They are fine. Don't worry about them." She told him. He grabbed her arm as she went to swim away again.
"Ness..." His eyes were pleading, but what would they do if they found out the others were being help captive by the merpeople while she was supposed to get a stupid letter from the headmaster?
"They are fine Liam. Chill." She broke free from his grasp and swam to shore, but Liam followed her.
Nessa decided not to bother trying to avoid Aiden and Draco for they had already spotted her. Aiden ran out into the water and pulled her out not minding that he was becoming soaked again.
"Nessa where did you girls go?!" He asked holding her.
"No where." She told him regreting that she had to slip out of his arms. But she did and hurried past him and Draco.
"Nessa!" Aiden ran after her as she took off leaving the others behind. "Where are you going?" He asked when he had caught up.
"I need to ask Dumbledoore a question." She told him. "Do you know where he is?" She asked. Aiden frowned.
"He left an hour ago." He told her. Nessa's heart dropped.
"How long is he going to be gone?" Aiden shook his head.
"No one knows."
"CRAP!" Nessa put her hands to her head and Aiden knew something was wrong as she took off at a sprint this time to the castle.
