Erugenel laughed. “You know Lady Galadriel?” She asked. The elf nodded her head and looked curiously at her.
“You sound as if you are familiar with her.” She said.
“I housed with her for a couple hundred years when I was living there.” She told her. She looked back at the male elf watching them and smiled pleasantly. “So who is that poor man over there any way?” She asked flicking her moonbeam hair behind her back and out of her face.

"Who? Eruedraith?" She asked laughing. "This old sod is who I'm upstaging."
"The Lady Málbrindal will be taking over my position, as I retire from whilst I stand." He said, keenly.
"He's called to Imladris," Míriel explained. "To finally take a well deserved place in the High Council."
Eruedraith smiled kindly toward the charming and beautiful Elf maiden across from him for the first time all night. Her eyes, with the deep set sapphire, twinkled with a sweet smile and dimples.
"Very well deserved."

“It is good to meet you.” Erugenel said with a smile. “So you have come from Lorien?” She asked. But her question was never answered Hurin was soon by their side leaning in closely. He wiped the table acting incredibly casual by the party at the table knew something was up.
“Erugenel.” He said in a low voice.
“Yes Hurin?”
“There are three men here.” He glanced up at her with a worried expression. “Not friendly men, and they are asking about you.” He said.
“What do they look like?” She asked keeping a strait face.
“Tall, dark, husky, they look like they have been living underground for a couple of years.” Erugenel put a hand over her mouth trying not to smile.
“They sound pleasant.” She said. Hurin made a face and smirked.
“Oh indeed. Do you know them?” He asked.
“Does on have a chipped tooth and a scar over the right side of his face?” She asked. Hurin nodded his head and stared at her. “Korek.” She sighed. “I cannot believe the idiot has found me.” She said.
“Who is he?”
“An old well- rival I suppose you can say. He is upset with me because I am a woman, and I got him in trouble for being a murderer. Heaven knows how he got out of Gondor’s grip.” She glanced at the bar and raised a brow. "I wonder who his new recruits are." She thought out loud.

"Trouble?" Eruedraith asked sipping his mead.

“Sooner or later.” Erugenel sighed. “But I would rather it not be at all. I only had to deal with him last month.” She said thoughtfully. “Ever had one of those who keep popping up- who will never leave you alone?”

Míriel nodded. "Oh! Yeah..." she took a sip of wine and pointed her pinky toward Eruedraith.
He grunted in response. "Ungrateful..." She laughed at him, but straightened up and became serious.
"What's this man's name? Why's he bothering you?" Míriel had an enemy...a stalker. She shuddered on the inside, remembering that day in the cold woods...

“Garth.” Erugenel spat. “As I said before, he is incredibly upset with me for putting him in prison and thinks I deserve some sort of due.” She said with a sigh. She leaned back in her chair and passed a glance towards him and the other two with him. They were scanning the place- looking for her of course.

Míriel and Eruedraith looked at each other and had an understanding. They both stood up and made their way over to Erugenel. Eruedraith sat on her far side, Míriel on the other. She could feel the knife she kept at her hip under her robes.
"You don't have to do this," Erugenel said, catching on.
"We know." Eruedraith said simply, smiling kindly.
"Besides," Míriel said. "I want to see if I know these men...and if I don't, that'll be just fine too. He'll know me though." she nodded, taking a sip of wine.

Erugenel smirked. “Well, it is nice to have some one on my side for once.” She said.
As if he had heard her he looked her directly in the eye. She smiled and waved her delicate fingers. His face turned into a flustered red, he knew she was provoking him. Though he knew he had not the will to ignore it. Besides, he was here for her. But who were the other two on either side of her? Lady Valadir did not have friends.
Garth made a sort of gurgled grunt and caught the other two’s attention. They caught on quickly and soon all three were up and heading their way. Erugenel sighed.
“Well, I suppose peace can never last forever.”

"Good evening gentlemen," Míriel greeted in a lovely sweetened voice. "You're not from around here-might we know what your names are?"

Garth looked at Miriel disapprovingly though his companions did not seem to mind either of the elf maidens much. Erugenel did not recognize either of them, so she decided that they were indeed new recruits of Garths.
“Why should we introduce ourselves to you?” He asked his growl low and forced. His companions exchanged glances but did not dare breath a word.
“All right you manner lacking goon, what do you want?” Erugenel asked. He slammed his hands hard on the table hoping they would flinch, but none of them moved. His eye twitched with frustration and Erugenel did everything she could not to laugh.
“We have a score to settle.” He told her.
“The score has been settled for a long time Garth.” She looked up at the two staring and smiled Miriel producing a charming smirk herself.
“Now gentlemen.” Erugenel said exchanging glances with Miriel. “What are your names?” She asked.
“Or has this one cut your tongues off?” Miriel asked.
“I have a tongue.” One answered stupidly. Miriel smiled.
“I can see that now.” She informed him. He frowned and looked at the other one who was smiling like an idiot.
“Erk.” He told her. Miriel raised a brow and nodded her head.
“And you?” She asked the other who had spoken before.
“Orthol.” He replied.
“You idiots!” Garth shouted angrily. Both seemed to shrink away at his shout and Erugenel sighed.
“All right Garth. Why don’t you go get a drink and come back when you are not so fumed.” She suggested.
“Until I have your head on a platter I will be forever fumed.” He took out his sword and many who had been overhearing the “conversation” watched with no surprise at the gesture. Though it was most un-welcomed.
Erugenel frowned and unsheathed one of her twin blades eyeing the cool metal expertly. She watched him wince at the sight of it and smiled.
“Ah, so you do remember my dear friend here.” She said. He growled, he must have thought it made him sound more dangerous, but truth be told, he reminded her of a dirty dog.
“This ends now!” He barked- yes, Erugenel decided, indeed a dog.

"There's no need to fight in here," Míriel said, in a firm voice. "Not around innocents."
"Why do you think I care?" Garth growled.
She glared. "You won't lift a hand until this place is either cleared, or you take it outside."
Garth raised two eyebrows at the growing annoyance that was Míriel. "We're not leaving."
"So be it." She said, and with a whip like speed, threw out the dagger, caught it in the air, and stabbed it through Garth's hand, leaving him nailed to the bar. He howled in pain, more angered.
Eruedraith took charge then. "Everybody OUT!"
They were out within a minute.
"Now," Míriel said taking the dagger back from being embedded in his hand. "By all means."

Erugenel laughed, “Nicely done.” She said congratulating Miriel. They watched as Garth stared horrified at his hand. He was tempted- and he would do. All at once he tried to strike at both maidens at the same time, but they easily blocked his sword.
“Erk, Orthol you fools!” He shouted angrily. Knowing what he meant both raised their swords to join the just begun battle.

Míriel kicked over a table, and let things crash to the floor. She unsheathed her sword and gave a high and mighty laugh-yes, she had a good deal of pride, but it came with the bidding.
"Is this all you can muster up, Sir Garth? Fighting two maidens?" It seemed to fuel his anger. Good, she thought. I want the real fight-all of him, not just the least he can bring on.
