Through one of the smaller doors in the Entrance Hall you enter Room Eleven. As you step through the doors you feel like you stepped through a magical portal, you are standing in the middle of a clearing in a forest. The grass tickles your toes and a soft wind rustles the trees. Professor Dumbledore made this room for Firenze, the centaur divinations teacher. The room seems to stretch on as you walk to trees and feel the forest breath around you.

OOC: sorry it took me so long to post, I've been real busy the last few days working on my bf's studio. But I'm back now, so let's start!
It was nearing midnight and Telery came sneaking down the corridor, down the marble stairs and quickly into the shades near the walls of the Entrance Hall. With noiseless but quick footsteps she crosses the hall, and a tingling fe3eling on her back tells her that Nessa is following her closely. Softely she opens the door of room eleven and lets Nessa enter first. Then quickly she stepped in herself. Around her was the forest, or so it seemed.
"The moment has come, finally!" Nessa sat down on a tree stump, Telery left her body crash into the soft grass and inhaled the grassy fumes.
"Now the most important thing," Telery pulled a paper out of her pocket, with on it the way to become an animagi. "Have you figured out what your view of animals is? Ithink that animals have endureace, they are fast and flexible. And beautiful of course." Once more a vision of a black pather stretching wide, as it took big leaps after its prey. "How about you?"

Nessa smiled to herself. "I see them as quick, and loyal, honorable, and protective, defensive, and when need be lethal." She told her. She thought of the painting of a wolf her brother had made for her. The white under coat with the silver mask and back. She stretched out her arms and let out a deep breath. "So." She said looking at Telery. "What's first?"

"First we have to picture ourselves as animals, until we see a color, and then we can transform." Telery read from the note she had in her pocket. "That's not very clear, how do we do that picture ourselves as animals?"
In her mind she saw the two of them running around the forest room in animal suits, and couldn't help but giggle. "I have no clue how to do that. How about you?"

"I guess we picture ourselves the way we think we would look if we were animals? Doing things we would if we were?" She suggested. "But which colors mean what?"

"It says it's supposed to your colour, a color that reflects your soul, all your positive and negative qualities. But who knows what colour it is." Telery wondered what colour she was. "I guess that when you see the colour it's quite obvious that its your colour, maybe you suddenly see everything in that colour, like it envelops you and you look at the world through a coloured haze."
Telery rolled over to her stomach and got to her feet, she brushed the lose twigs and grass from her robes. Then she took the robes of and was standing once more in the outfit she had worn in the Forgotten Room as well, hip-hugging black jeans and a jetblack top, with long sleeves, reaching past her hips. She was also wearing the necklace again, it was a platinum medallion, roughly shaped like a diamond. Her red hair was bound in a braid and hung down her back.
"I've always wanted to have a panther, they are the most gracious predators that I've ever seen. I think that that influences my view of animals. So now I should picture myself as one? Most of the time they lay around in the shade, coming out to feed every now and again." Telery lay down again. "Would that mean that that's all I need to do to picture myself as one?" She grinned, and almost purred, as she stretched herself out on the grass.

Nessa watched, waiting for any sign of change in Telery thinking about her own animal as well. She still watched her moving from sitting on the tree stump to laying on her stomach propped up on her elbows.
"Do you see any color?" She asked hopefule to hear a 'yes'- or, she wanted to laugh, a sound of a wild cat make the reply.

Lessien carefully made her way unseen to Room Eleven and slowly turned the knob. Inching the door open she thought she heard something from inside and wondered who all would be there.
"Less?" Nessa whispered, "What are you doing here?"
"Trying to find out about my animagi. If I have one," she whispered back.

Nessa laughed and waved her over. "Come on, Tel is trying hers out."

"Did I miss anything?" Lessien asked while watching Telery with obvious curiousity.
"Not really. We're just waiting to see her color," Nessa replied with a grin.
"Color?"

Nessa nodded her head. "When you change you see a color that represents you... I guess." She added with a shrug.

"Cool! Any idea how long it takes?" Lessien whispered.
"Well....not really," Nessa replied quietly.

"I feel a little ridiculous lying on the floor here, with you two looking on like that." Telery hadn't opened her eyes and was still trying to be like a panther sleeping. No colour appeared. It was frustrating.
"You three you mean." She opened her eyes as she heard another voice. Elin had come after Lessien. Telery sat up again. She grabbed the copied page out of the Animagi book and read again. "Maybe we are making it more difficult than it really is." She muttered.
"How's that?" Lessien asked eagerly.
"Well it says we have to picture ourselves like animals, so we figured we have to behave like one. That's what Tel was doing, not just sleeping, but sleeping like a wild cat, not that there's much of a difference." Nessa had taken the page and was reading it herself.
"Haha, Ness. Maybe we should just picture the animals in our head, the way they behave." She closed her eyes again emptied her mind of anything except panthers.
OOC: How long do we want it to take? It shouldn't be too easy. In the HP books I always got the impression that it took James and Sirius quite some time.

Watching Telery, Elin sat down on the grass. "Tel, are you sure you don't need some complicated potion? Didn't you ...overlook anything?" It felt so strange to Elin that they were sitting here, trying to change into Animagi, with just their mindpower. But then again, it fitted quite well with this years curriculum, thinking spells instead of speaking them out loud. And it made sense, because only advanced wizards would be able to achieve this.
Telery shook her head."No, I've read it atleast a dozen times, word for word. There is no potion or spell involved..." Elin dropped back onto the grass now, staring into the willowy branches. After a moment of silence she closed her eyes and said: "So were just supposed to try and get in touch with these surroundings and get into some sort of zen state where we see our aura and feel like our inner animal, right?"

"Something like that, I guess." Telery sighed, still having her eyes closed, making no progress what so ever. "And don't forget the views you have on animals, they determine what you're gonna be."
In the mean time Nessa and Lessien had closed their eyes as well trying anything to become an animagi. After several minutes that felt like hours Telery opened one eye and quickly looked around and saw all her friends sitting or lying on the floor, their eyes closed, thinking rimples on their brow. She closed her eyes and thought about the panthers again. It was boring and interesting in the same time, she felt she'd been laying there for ages. After a while her thoughtfield broadened, she did not only saw the panthers, but other animals as well. She saw the panther cubs lying hidden in the shade, she felt the panther move silently and watchfully. She saw the gazelles standing in the field eating calmly and felt the panther speed up and jump. She heard the other gazelles storm away, birds fly up and settle somewhere else, as the panther followed a mid-size gazelle. Within a few paces she had caught it, but as the panthers teeth sunk in its prey's neck she let out a loud groan of pain, loud enough for the others to here, maybe even loud enough to reach passed the walls of the room. It was almost an inhuman sound. Telery's eyes remained closed.
