There have been a lot of questions about who can join what kingdom, and what race you can be. I'm going to clear that up now.
You CANNOT be of more than one race.
**Sorry guys, no Hobbit-Elfs allowed.
You CAN join a kingdom if you are of a different race.
** For instance, you're an elf and you would like to join the kingdom of Rohan. That is fine.
You CANNOT be an elf living in Rohan AND Rivendell.
** You can only belong to one kingdom.
You CANNOT switch kingdoms once your are settled in.
** Once you join a kingdom, you may not leave, unless under certain circumstances (PM me if you wish to do so). If the RULER fails to attend to the kingdom and is not active and you as a citizen are, PM me and I will deal with it and talk to you about it.
Currently there is only 1 ruler per kingdom.
** If kingdoms populate very frequenly and mass populate, then we will look into adding another ruler. I'll keep you updated. ;D
